How We Work

  1. We assess the surface, discuss tile selections and plan the layout. Pattern direction, grout color and edge details are decided before work starts.
  2. Substrate prep, waterproofing (where required) and backer board installation. This step determines whether the tile holds up long term.
  3. Tile is set with proper thinset coverage, consistent spacing and clean cuts. We check level and alignment throughout the install.
  4. Grouting, sealing, caulking and final cleanup. Every line is straight, every transition is clean and the surface is ready to use.
