How We Work

  1. We visit your property to understand the space, your priorities and how you want to use the yard. We discuss scope and budget openly.
  2. We design the layout and lock in materials, sizing and phasing. Larger builds may happen in stages and we plan for that.
  3. Foundation, framing and structural work come first. Then finishes, details and any trades coordination.
  4. Final walkthrough, punch list and cleanup. We don't leave until the space is ready to use.
