Yes. We replace outlets, light switches, GFCIs and dimmers starting at $75. For anything that needs new wiring, a panel or a permit, we'll tell you up front if it's a job for an electrician instead.

A steady drip is usually a worn washer, O-ring, or cartridge. Shut off the water under the sink, take the handle apart, and replace the worn part with a match from the hardware store. First, never put your hand in it. If it hums but will not turn, the flywheel is jammed: turn off the switch, then use the hex wrench that came with the unit in the socket on the bottom to work it back and forth by hand. A wobble is almost always a loose mount or a fan that needs balancing. Make sure the mounting screws at the ceiling and the blade screws are snug, then use a stick-on balance kit on the blades.
